Although very nervous, as it was the first X Factor, Verity went from the first auditions to the live finals, winning the hearts of the nation along the way.

The X Factor tour that followed was amazing for Verity. Performing live is what she had done since she was fifteen years old and working on the stage of the big arenas is where she felt at home.
